At Swimming Pool Brian, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Service Not Provided: If we are unable to complete your scheduled service due to our own fault, a full refund will be issued.
Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unsatisfied with the service due to a workmanship issue, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will first attempt to correct the issue at no additional charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be considered.
Overpayment or Duplicate Charges: If you are mistakenly charged more than once for a single service, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued if you decide to cancel after the service has been completed.
Pre-Existing Conditions: If service is impacted by pre-existing pool equipment failures, plumbing issues, or water chemistry imbalances, refunds will not be granted.
Missed Appointments: If we arrive at your location and are unable to complete the service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, the service fee remains non-refundable.
Weather-Related Delays: Service postponements due to weather conditions are not eligible for refunds but will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks for completed services may result in further legal action.
